Hello Designers!

We urgently need a simple and innovative landing page design that has the basic design elements you see in the attached files.

We want a new fresh design with 3D visual elements to replace the current design. Please make sure that the lead form (name, email, address, etc.) is placed on the right side of the page.

Here are the elements that need to be in the user form:
