Detailed Requirements

I need two pages designed for a clean, classy and modern dental website. The actual site will have many pages, but I only need the design for two. It needs to be a very simple design because I will be serving a slightly older crowd, so it needs to be easy to read and easy to navigate.

The following are three websites that I like the basic format. The banner at the top and then the tabs at the top are appealing to me and a simple design to follow. Most of these pages go a little crazy in options to click on as you scroll down. I want my site to be cleaner.

http://www.lynndentalcare.com/ (I like the color palate
http://www.joshuaaustindds.com/ - (way too busy, but some interesting things going on there)
http://www.mbelldds.com/ - Still a little busy, but much cleaner

I want the new site too look good with my logo. I attached the logo for your implementation/review. The logo can be in color, or if it looks better, you can make it all one color, like white or whatever you feel works best.

In the site navigation section, I'd like to include a home page, services page, about page, a patient education page, and a contact us page. Also, I want my address/contact information at the bottom of each page.

For the design, please start with the home page and we'll get that one to a place where I want it and then we'll move on to the other page, which will be the Services page.

I don't want to hinder your creativity, so I'm not going to write too many constraints here; however, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I'm looking forward to your work!
