Need a fun, easy to use website design (NO CODING)

Detailed Requirements

KidsArtOnline needs a website design. 3 pages designed, no coding.

This site will be used by kids and their parents to showcase kids artwork, from small children up through highschool grade kids. We need 3 pages designed. We'll settle on the design for two of the pages in the contest timeframe and then finish the last page after the contest ends, if the extra time is needed.

3 Pages Required:

1. Homepage

Header area with logo (see attached)
Navigation area (Teachers, Parents, Gifts, Galleries, Schools, etc)
Social networking icons (Facebook -http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/ and Twitter)
Main splash area at the top of the page that is a slideshow that features different kids art, competitions, and special online art galleries.
Join our site area (with simple registration form: name, email, passwords)
How are site works area (3 steps or similar)
Statistics area that shows - number of artwork pieces, number of artists, number of fans

2. Artist Page (individual artist page)

This page needs to have all of the navigation and standard login/registration and footer components from the rest of the site.
Show artist information (i.e. username, school they attend, number of uploads, number of fans)
Show the kid's featured artwork (i.e. a slideshow with thumbnails below, etc).
Show the kid's artwork in an organized way. We'll have various galleries/categories that artwork can be posted in, so please show the artwork in an organized way (maybe with category headers or folders, etc).
Please show what it will look like when you hover over an art piece (i.e. a nice lightbox popup).
Comments - show comments associated with the kid's art, next to the categories you could place a comment icon with a number in it showing the number of comments and/or 'likes'.
Social Network icons (facebook like, twitter, etc)
Become a fan icon or button that users will click to follow this artist

3. Art Gallery

This page needs to have all of the navigation and standard login/registration and footer components from the rest of the site.
This page will display kids artwork in a gallery (i.e. grid). Please try to think of a good, efficient way to show lots of artwork on a page. Also, please use some kind of paging scheme.
Show the number of comments and likes for a given art piece.
This page will be used in 2 different ways:
1. When viewing a specific kid's artwork from their user profile page.
2. When viewing many kid's art pieces for a given category or gallery on the site (i.e. drawings, What Makes Me Happy gallery, etc).

Oh my....

Hi designers. I had to leave town and I'm still on travel. I can't believe that a designer was hosting my contest on another site. What a terrible waste of time for those involved on the other site. I'll look into this and see what I can do to make sure that the offending "designer" is eliminated from my contest.

I'm still on travel, but I'll be looking over the designs, rating them, and then making a decision in the next few days. Thanks for being patient. This is a very difficult process.
