missing font and plugIn, i have CS5 on my machine but why it can not be open? can save as an eps format

I'm unable to save an In Design file down from CS5 to CS3. That would require that I have CS3 AND CS4 available on my machine, which I do not. Additionally, there is really no way that I know of to save a file down to CS3 from CS5 without the format becoming mangled. Sorry, but the CS5 version is what I have at the moment.

Yeah, the file that needs to be modified is CS5.5.

I mean the software version. I have CS3 on my laptop and i cannot open it. It's different version maybe higher. I need to make sure the ID version. Thanks

The one labeled Whitepaper Layout is the file that needs to be modified. The other one is simply a stylistic template.
