Detailed Requirements

I need a new exciting, professional, modern looking landing page designed to replace the following website design. It needs to be a younger, fresher website:

: www.woodlakedental.com

We will be holding a logo contest for the new logo in the next couple of days.

The new design needs to have the following elements:

Prominant placement of the logo and slogan
Phone number in Header
Premium Footer. Please include section with contact info and large phone number
3 pages designed. Please design the home page and if I like it enough, I will have you move on to the inner pages and will give you the details of those pages at that time.
A section to briefly describe what we offer: Invisalign, sedation dentistry, implants, periodontal therapy, ZOOM! bleach, cosmetic dentistry
Place to introduce staff.
Smile Gallery
A few customer testimonials below the fold. These will include head-shot pictures of customers, a one sentence statement by them, and their name.
Patient education link - can be included in the footer

Please make sure that any large sections of text are dark text on a light background.

Here's a link to a website that I really like a lot. It is very classy, upscale, unique and makes the pictures and text jump out at you. The only thing that would be nice is if the text was on a light background to make it easier for the user to read:
