Pierre Barbeyto

I’m originally from the Philippines. I was born and raised here.

I got into graphic design one summer. We just moved to this new house and didn’t know anyone. My inspiration was other artists work and the look on random people’s faces when they see my work.

I currently am doing Freelance work.  Because most companies look for people who are older than me I don’t do much corporate work.

My favorite part of Graphic Design is when you finish your work and it looks a 100% better than you imagined.

If I had the opportunity to do graphic design work for one event I would love to work with organizations which may help End or Start things. There are two ideas that stand out in my mind:

1. http://lanvinpierre.deviantart.com/art/technological-social-life-104907189 it is called Technological Social Life. The concept is we now use technology for connecting with other people.

2. http://lanvinpierre.deviantart.com/art/i-have-tachycardia-104366583 This was inspired by a heart ailment called TACHYCARDIA which I have because of Dengue.Tachycardia, this typically refers to a heart rate that exceeds the normal range for a resting heart rate. The hardest part of it was getting the heart to beat as fast as mine.

My best business advice to fellow peers is that the INTERNET is your best friend.

I can’t name one person who helped me in my career, because my friends helped me a lot.
They have been my critiques since I started with Graphic Design.

What I use to spark creativity is the thought that you can change someone’s life just by getting them to look at your work.

Other than Graphic Design I like to play basketball a lot. It is exciting because people say I’m good. But then I have to tell them the only reason I cant play PRO is because of my heart and how it cant keep up

I see myself in a house with a family, living happy. My biggest goal is to have my own company that helps other people to find what they need, like GOOGLE but not online. The ultimate accomplishment for me would be to go to work everyday. Be able to travel the world, and help inspire other people.

Thanks,

Pierre Barbeyto
