It&#039;s all in the agreement upfront with the client. If you agree to supply the psd, then supply it. If all you agree to supply is the pdf or other image file, then supply that, but make sure that it has been discussed upfront. If you don&#039;t discuss it and the client demands it, then you should quickly supply it and move on...that way the customer is happy and you can still get referrals from them.
