Vatsala Manohar
I am from India, born and brought up here.
In my young age, I was was good at drawing. Presently, I learned to work in Photoshop and got interested in making logos. Actually, I have not done any course in Graphic designing. I am an amateur and I participated in the Perfect Design Logo Contest only out of interest.
I am not doing any freelance work presently but would like to do so in the near future. I love working on logos for companies, whenever I get a chance.
The first logo designs I made was for the contest of Perfect Design logo. I enjoyed doing them. After that I participated in “Get A Freelancer Logo Contest”. All these works helped me a lot to learn more and more about Graphic Design. I have decided to take up a course in graphic design.
Graphic Design is an art which you need to cater to. You need to have a lot of creativity and ideas to put forth a good job work. Only practice makes a man perfect. So we need to keep on working.
Since I am a housewife, my husband was very supportive in my work as I spent all my spare time to develop my skills.
I try, try and try until I get somewhere to achieve my goal. I also learn from other people’s work. They give me lots of inspiration.
Life is beautiful. Learn to live it. Other than designing, I am interested in making and hosting websites. I made a travel website named www.incredibleworldtravel.com.
My ultimate goal is to become a good Logo Designer. I am learning to become one very soon. I would like to do freelancing for logo design some time in the near future.
Thanks,
Vatsala
